OUR PRODUCTS

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption.

DELIVERY

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and providers to make sure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. All products are made and shipped from Canada and we usually ship orders within 2 business days. Product delivery time will vary depending on your location but should be received within 3-5 business days within Canada and up to 8 days for the United States .

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at sekhemtraditions@gmail.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund if the product is deemed un-usable.

Products are otherwise deemed a final sale.

If you experience problems or delays with delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns but we will work with you if there are damages due to shipping. Please contact us if there are any issues.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible within 1-2 business days before shipment notice is received.

We will reimburse you within 30 days from the day on which we receive the confirmation of damaged goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
